Terms & booking policy

Plain-English terms for booking with us. If anything’s unclear, just ask.

Last updated 12 October 2026

Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. You can do this in My bookings on our website, or by calling the salon.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or miss your appointment without letting us know, we may charge a fee of up to 50% of the price of the services you booked.

Your card details are stored securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and your card is only ever charged for a late cancellation or a missed appointment. We know things don’t always go to plan, so we look at every case and may waive the fee.

  • To change or cancel, use My bookings, or call us on 01778 218731. Online changes close 48 hours before your appointment: after that, please call us.
  • Fees are never taken automatically: each one is a decision made by the salon’s management, after the appointment time.

Booking online

  • Online bookings need at least 2 hours’ notice. For anything sooner, give us a call: walk-ins are welcome too.
  • We ask you to save a card to secure an online booking. Nothing is taken when you book. The card is only used for a fee under the cancellation policy above.
  • You can see, change or cancel your booking in My bookings, signing in with a code we text to your mobile.
  • You pay in the salon on the day.

Prices and consultations

  • All services include a complimentary consultation. On our price list, services marked “from” start at the price shown: re-styles and thick hair cost extra, and up-dos and wedding hair are priced at your consultation, depending on the timings and services needed.
  • Prices depend on the experience level of the stylist you book with.
